& Artist-in-Residence Program
New
York Lyric Opera Theatre
is
pleased to announce auditions for
its 2010/2011 season
of concert
opera and semi-staged performances
(with piano) at Symphony Space.
Planned for 2010/2011 season:
Don
Giovanni, Die Zauberflöte,
L'Elisir d'Amore, Rigoletto, Le
Nozze di Figaro, Die Fledermaus,
Hansel and Gretel, Cendrillon,
& I Capuleti e i Montecchi.
All roles open. Single,
Double, & Triple Casts.
We
will be hearing singers for
mainstage leading &
comprimario roles
as well as
singers for our
Artist-in-Residence (AIR) program.
Selected AIRs will perform scenes
from the opera, cover mainstage
roles, and/or will participate in
nine hours of master classes
culminating in a concert at
Symphony Space.
